Opera Bombana, is the latest restaurant concept created by three-Michelin-starred Maestro Chef Umberto Bombana opened in May 2013.

Opera Bombana is the expression of Chef Umberto Bombana’s culinary passion for the basic, most traditional elements of the Italian gastronomy and culture: A unique interpretation of great Italian food in the forms of restaurant, bakery, pastry, cocktails and coffee.

The restaurant has a relaxed and comfortable environment and is ideal for parties, personal and business occasions.

Chef Owner Umberto Bombana and Executive Chef Marino D’Antonio, select products from all around the world, delivering outstanding Italian delicacies to the Beijing culinary scene. Chef Marino D’Antonio is without doubt one of the rare Italian Master Chefs, being able to infuse his Italian soul into each of his culinary creations.

Now back in Beijing, after a period of creative brainstorming in three-Michelin-starred 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Hong Kong, he is ready to produce the finest of Italian Cuisine with a natural and tantalizing taste.

The main dining area accommodates up to 70 people.
For small to medium parties, the restaurant has two private rooms that can be personalized and can accommodate 16 and 10 guests respectively. Combined, the private rooms can accomocate up to a maximum of 30 guests.
