Hotel Éclat Beijing would like to make the recommendation of savouring the Swiss Fondue, melting in this Swiss-imported Gruyère & Emmentaler Cheese, with a gentle stir-fry of rye bread cubes in the cheese pot, and tasting it in a single bite with the side dishes such as boiled baby potatoes, carrots, broccoli, pickled onions, cornichons, green olives, then a glass of selected Swiss white wine would be a perfect pairing of this fine dining experience.
